OFF-SET allows printing on paper and paper-like materials that do not exceed a certain weight. Today, it is the most preferred printing system for printing products such as books, magazines, newspapers, boxes, brochures and business cards. Especially since many products can be printed at the same time, the preferred method for daily newspaper printing is offset printing. In offset printing (one of the latest printing technologies), the image to be printed is drawn on limestone and the surface of the limestone is smoothed with oil-based ink.
The special solution applied after this process will
be absorbed by the areas that do not contain the image and will not penetrate
the oily areas where the image is formed. In the offset printing of
lithographic technology, a mold that is prepared or produced manually is used.
Although the cost of mold manufacturing is slightly higher, its quality is
higher than handmade molds.
